Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and assisted transfer to Arusha Coffee Lodge. The aptly named Arusha Coffee Lodge lies hidden amongst the sprawling grounds of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantation, set below the rugged peaks of Mt Meru. Guests can unwind in one of the lodge’s exclusive Plantation Suites, which each boast a romantic four-poster bed draped in Egyptian cotton linen, a split-level sitting area, ensuite bathroom, an open fireplace, a personal bar and a private veranda that looks out onto rows and rows of berry-laden coffee bushes. You will have the rest of the day to relax and acclamatize before commencement of the 8 days expedition ahead of you.

Tucked in an acacia forest with views across a lake-filled valley, Lake Ndutu Tented Lodge gives you a gorgeous foothold in Tanzania's Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a top safari destination. The camp is popular for its refined service and handsome facilities, but principally for its location near the Great Migration action. Here, hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebra and antelope pause on their journey to graze and calve, followed by eager predators. There are 20 tents, so the camp may not offer the intimacy of smaller outfits. But it's extremely comfortable and welcoming, and the sightings are out of this world.
Full day tour of the extraordinary and rich volcanic landscape of the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is a World Heritage Site situated at the eastern edge of the Serengeti in northern Tanzania. It is the largest unbroken ancient caldera in the world and is teeming with wild game including elephant, zebra, lion, rhino and Thomson's gazelle. Tanzania's few remaining black rhino are protected here and often spotted in the crater. At the soda lake look out for flamingo. With grasslands, swamps, forests and the lake, the crater attracts a multitude of different wildlife that come to wallow, graze, hide and climb.
Early morning road transfer after breakfast to the Manyara airstrip for your short flight to Kogatende airstrip and an onward road transfer to the luxurious Serengeti Bushtops. Set in the incredible UNESCO World Heritage Serengeti National Park, you will spend two nights here, enjoying the finest in bush hospitality and an unsurpassed safari experience.
